The rooms were a decent size and the free WiFi was a bonus. The location was great, with convenient free parking available.

The bathrooms were not cleaned well, with one infested with ants and the other filled with sand from the previous occupant. The reception staff were unable to cope with check-ins and check-outs, leading to frustrating waits.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a short walk to the vibrant port area and taxis always waiting outside. The hotel is also close to the beach, although some reviews mentioned that it's the worse part of the beach and a little messy. The interior garden of the hotel is beautifully maintained and provides a peaceful atmosphere. Guests have praised the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast options. The staff has been described as extremely helpful and friendly, always happy to assist with any inquiries.

Some guests have mentioned that the shower in the room was not great, which could be a minor inconvenience for those with mobility issues.

The hotel had excellent facilities and amenities, including a well-stocked minibar and comfortable lounge chairs by the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy walking distance to Puerto Banus marina. The shower was great and the hotel was clean and modern. Additionally, there was an option for adults only, which was a bonus.

I felt most welcome and had no complaints about my stay.

We had an excellent experience at Melia. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the swimming pools. The buffet-style meals were fantastic, catering to every taste, and the chef cooked our choice of meats and fish to perfection. The hotel's location near the beach and promenade was ideal for leisurely strolls. The fitness classes and various pools added to the overall relaxation. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and Antonio and Marco provided us with a warm welcome and useful local advice. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area which was lovely. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to some amazing restaurants in this city. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices in the main restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our experience more fun.
